Once your order is processed and dispatched by our team, we will generate a shipment tracking reference. We will send you SMS and Email confirmations containing the Waybill / AWB track identifier, which you can use to check scan updates directly on our Track Order page.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged. Cash on Delivery (COD) carries an additional ₹30 fee for orders under ₹499, but is free above that threshold.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days in metro cities, 3 to 6 business days in Tier 2/3 cities, and 5 to 8 business days for remote regions like Northeast India and J&K.
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for items that are damaged in transit, leaking, or incorrectly delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Learn more on our Return Policy page.
You can request a return directly from your storefront Orders Dashboard or by emailing us at returns@parivartanherbs.com with your Order ID and product images showing the defect/damage.
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will approve the refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (prepaid orders) or bank account (COD orders) within 5 to 7 business days.
Our products are made from natural herbs and are generally safe when consumed as directed. However, individual body constitutions (doshas) react differently. We recommend consulting a healthcare practitioner or our in-house doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or are pregnant.
Store all the herbal products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the container lids are tightly closed after every use to preserve freshness and potency.
