By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing products on Parivartan Herbs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website and storefront services immediately.

2. User Account & Security

When you register an account via our Google login or email systems, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to take responsibility for all purchases, orders, cart modifications, and actions that happen under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate guidelines, engage in spam, or practice fraudulent checkout procedures.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Billing

Prices: All product prices displayed on the storefront are inclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to alter pricing catalogs at any time without notice.
Payments: We accept online payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) via Cashfree Payment Gateway and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. Orders will only be processed once payment validation succeeds or COD confirmation is recorded.
GST Invoicing: Tax invoices specifying our Rohini registration details, HSN codes, and tax rates will be issued on every successful order and can be downloaded from your orders history tab.

4. Shipping & Deliveries

Our shipping schedules, service zones, flat fees, and free-delivery limits are subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy. Since logistics depend on our partner Delhivery, we are not liable for transit delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, lockdowns, or local security operations.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policies

All return requests, product damages, refund conditions, and reverse pickup schedules are governed strictly by our Return Policy. Refunds will not be processed for items that have been unsealed, opened, or consumed.
