1. Delivery Coverage & Reach
We ship to over 19,000+ pincodes across India in partnership with leading courier logistics networks like Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC. We currently do not offer international shipping directly from the web panel.
2. Transit Times
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.
- Northeast India & J&K: 5 to 8 business days.
Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days. Delay due to regional lockdown, extreme weather conditions, or security hubs can occasionally push timeline boundaries.

4. Packaging & Fragile Handling
All dry extracts, herbal tablets, and liquid oils are securely sealed in airtight packages/jars and wrapped inside high-density bio-bubble wraps. They are then placed inside corrugated cartons, ensuring that you receive the products without leaks, breaks, or direct sun exposure.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, we generate a shipment track reference. We send SMS/Email confirmations containing the Waybill / AWB track identifier, which you can use to check scan updates directly on our storefront Track Order page.
