1. Eligible Reasons for Returns

We strive to deliver fresh, pure herbal solutions. You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged in transit or leaking.
  • You received a wrong product or incorrect size variant.
  • The item is close to expiry or is defective.

2. Non-Returnable Products

To maintain hygiene standards for ayurvedic intake and personal care, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or consumed.
  • Items missing their original packaging, labels, or invoices.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.

3. Reverse Pickup & Verification

Once you raise a return request via your storefront Orders Dashboard, our administrative team will check the images/reasons. On approval, our courier partner Delhivery will schedule a reverse pickup from your registered shipping address within 2-3 business days at no cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

Once the package is returned to our Rohini warehouse facility, it goes through a quality check. On approval:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund is credited directly to the source payment method (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) via Cashfree PG.
  • COD Orders: We will request bank account/UPI details to make a direct transfer to you.

Funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on bank clearance parameters.
